New Construction & Remodels
New construction and remodel work is where good electrical planning pays off. We coordinate with your builder, architect or designer so circuits, loads and device placement are right — before the walls close.
From temporary power and service coordination through rough-in, trim-out, fixtures and devices, we handle the full electrical scope of your project and leave the site clean, labeled and ready for inspection.
We build to current National Electrical Code standards, which means fewer corrections at the inspection stage and a system that is ready for the loads your finished space will actually carry.

Planned, not improvised
Load calculations and circuit layouts are drawn up before we start, so nothing has to be moved later.
-
Inspection ready
Every phase is built to current code and documented, so it is ready for inspection and sign-off.
-
One point of contact
You work with the same electrician from the first walk-through to the final walk-through.
Fire, smoke or immediate danger?
Get everyone away from the area and call 911 first. Do not wait for a callback from us, and do not try to switch anything off yourself. If there is no fire and nobody is in danger, call the office on (561) 863-7304 during our office hours (weekdays 8 AM to 4 PM) and we will schedule the visit.
From drawings to finished fit-out.
New construction and remodel work is planned before the first wire is pulled, not corrected afterwards.

01
Plan the scope
Share your drawings, your load list and the project schedule. We review them and flag anything that is expensive to change later.
-
02
Design and coordinate
We mark up circuits, panel capacity and device placement with your builder or designer, and confirm the scope in writing.
-
03
Rough-in, trim-out and test
We rough-in the wiring, install devices and fixtures at trim-out, then test and document the system for inspection.
Frequently asked questions
Anything else you would like to know, call us and ask.
How early should an electrician be involved?
As early as possible. We can review plans, advise on load requirements and flag anything that will be expensive to change once framing or drywall is underway.
Do you coordinate with builders and designers?
Yes. We work directly with general contractors, custom home builders and design teams, and we are happy to review drawings and mark up our scope in writing before the job starts.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We build to the current National Electrical Code and coordinate the rough-in and final inspection so the work is signed off without delays.
Tell us what you need. We will call you back.
