Overview

Safety Inspections & Code Compliance

An electrical inspection is one of the most practical steps a property owner can take. We inspect service equipment, grounding and bonding, device protection, wiring condition and load calculations, then document what we found in plain language.

Where older wiring or panels fall short of current code, we scope the corrections — whether that is a single GFCI or a full service modernization — and prioritize the work by urgency and budget.

Inspections are also a good idea before a sale, a major remodel, a new insurance policy or a hurricane season.

  • Plain-language report

You get a written list of findings, what is urgent and what can wait — no jargon.

  • Prioritized, not inflated

We separate genuine safety items from improvements so you can budget honestly.

  • Fixed by the same team

Corrections are quoted and carried out by the crew that carried out the inspection.

Immediate danger

Fire, smoke or immediate danger?

Get everyone away from the area and call 911 first. Do not wait for a callback from us, and do not try to switch anything off yourself. If there is no fire and nobody is in danger, call the office on (561) 863-7304 during our office hours (weekdays 8 AM to 4 PM) and we will schedule the visit.

How it works

Three steps from booking to written findings.

Every inspection ends with a written list of findings and a scope you can budget against.

  1. 01

    Book the inspection

Call or send the form below and tell us the property address, its age and why you want it inspected.

  2. 02

    We inspect and document

A licensed electrician inspects the service, grounding, protection and wiring, and records the findings in plain language.

  3. 03

    We scope the corrections

You get a written list of findings, what is urgent and what can wait, with a costed scope for the work.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Anything else you would like to know, call us and ask.

How often should I have my electrical system inspected?

We recommend a full inspection for any home that has not been inspected in the last ten years, and whenever you buy, sell or significantly remodel a property. After that, an annual walk-through of your panel, smoke alarms and GFCI devices is sensible.

Will an inspection affect my insurance?

We cannot speak for your insurer, but we can document the condition of the system and the work we carry out so your carrier has a record for their file.

Do you provide a written report?

Yes — every inspection comes with written findings and a prioritized list of corrections, so you can make decisions with the information in hand.
